Emergence…

“I am contemplating the crumbling that comes into every life,

the kind of falling apart that happens

when the ice thaws and the rivers flow and new life emerges.”

MY DAY: I woke to a silent day, low misty clouds covered the sky, I felt the cold air around me and I snuggled into my fluffy white gown. I felt reverence and love in my heart…

MY WORD: Inner strength

SOUL COLOUR: The colour (from my bottle range*) that hugged me with a warm glow, was glorious bright ORANGE

HOW I FEEL: After 3 challenging days, I feel stronger, empowered, back on track…

BODY FEELS : taller, harmonious

MY INSIGHTS: With every ‘crumbling’ or low point in life, we remerge strengthened, wiser, and almost refreshed. Learn to trust that you can manage these days, when they overtake you, let yourself be laid bare, allow yourself to ‘fall apart’ so that you can fall ‘back together again.’ Once you are able to come through that, you will feel and understand where you are and who you are becoming…

Its about breaking down the old, then allowing time for healing and integration…Then a new chapter begins! Your reason for being here are made clearer. All back together again**. Vitality restored!

THE COLLECTIVE: Today is a chance for you to decided what is important in your life, for you to see life from another perspective and recognise honestly how you have lived your life thus far…with the option of new choices.

Everyday is an opportunity to look at what’s possible and then for you to decided “yes please”….or “no thank you.” Today is such an opportunity; to add a new meaningful dimension to your life…

*Colour Matrix Essences ** the bottle that drew me is ‘Cosmic Egg – Rise & Shine’ & I often call it the ‘Humpty Dumpty’ bottle.

To experience anything fully and see it clearly

there must be a moment of presence where conceptual thinking

is not interfering with your experience of that moment.
