Breathe in the Earth, the trees, the flowers…
Breathe in the plants, the minerals, the animals…
Breathe in the ocean, the lakes, the streams…
Breathe in the air, the sky, the clouds…
Breathe in the sun, the moon, the stars…
Remind yourself – “I am this”

DAY: Overcast, ominous, mild, waiting

WORD: Humbled

COLOUR: Red

FEELING: Waiting with a sense of expectancy. There is a stillness around me, a pause. Focusing more diligently on the highest view, the broader picture, the more compassionate and heartfelt understanding.

BODY: Gentle

THE COLLECTIVE: “I am afraid too, like all my fellow men, of the future too heavy with mystery and too wholly new, towards which Time is driving me…
Then like these men, I wonder where life is leading me.”
Mass on the World – Pierre de Chardin

INSIGHTS: If even now we do not trust what we have ‘requested’ and created, then we need to look back from where we have come and see how supported we have always been…And that all we desire is beginning to seep into our life.
Let us hold that vision and move forward with trust and love…

Prayer is our humble answer
to the inconceivable surprise of living.
It is all we can offer in return
for the mystery by which we live.
