Tasting the Sweetness of Life….

“Those who contemplate the beauty of the earth

find reserves of strength that will endure as long as life lasts.

There is something infinitely healing in the repeated refrains of nature

the assurance that dawn comes after night, and spring after winter.”

Rachel Carson

TODAY: I woke to a warm balmy morning…the sun is shining, the birds are feeding and happy, the plants are green and dancing in the breeze. All is well in my world!

ONE WORD: Deeper and deeper levels of Understanding.

HOW I FEEL: After an unsettling night, and waking in the early hours – many thoughts, ideas and insights filled my mind…Yet, the morning unfolded in a light and mellow way, with revelations and appreciation…

INSIGHTS: Its time to accept that a new epoch has begun and that, alongside this new beginning – there is rapid change, that will perhaps continue for the rest of your lifetime on this sweet Earth.

For as long as you are unable to face this or surrender to it, so will the challenges both physical and emotional continue to delay your smooth rite of passage…

If your eyes are blinded with your worries,

you cannot see the beauty of the sunset.”

Seeking, edgy, cautious, waking, expecting, waiting, opening…

‘Love yourself enough to set aside your questions, even for a moment, and reconnect with your sacred body and breath, with the natural world, and with the aliveness within you. Nothing is missing and nothing has gone wrong.’ Matt

AFFIRMATION: “I AM grateful…”

“To taste the sweetness in life, you must have an appetite for it.”

Annette Rochelle Aben
