Does not the rain fall
On the silent garden?
Does not the small child
In infinite wisdom whisper
To the spider’s web,
Expecting an answer?
Do not the flowers bloom
Anew beyond winter’s grasp?
Does not the sun journey
From dusk to dawn?
Then who am I to doubt?
TODAY: As I stare out of my window, watching the many birds feed, my Peony in radiant bloom, my plants thriving, looking rich and green, I want to drink from the beauty all around me, and allow it to rejuvenate my entire being. All we have to do is pause, for just one minute, and really take it all in, remembering to thank Mother Nature for her ever changing beauty.
ONE WORD: Beingness
COLOUR OF THE DAY: All things GREEN…
HOW I FEEL:
“If you want to identify me,
ask me not where I live,
or what I like to eat,
or how I comb my hair,
but ask me what I am living for,
in detail, ask me what I think is keeping me from living fully
for the thing I want to live for.”
Thomas Merton – Thoughts in Solitude
I feel as if I have become even more sensitive to various energies; especially weather, bright light, noise, crowds, people and certain foods. Noise and sound seem intensified to me, light feels too bright and to be in a crowd is overwhelming…
As we move more and more into this unknown ‘new way’ of being…be it a different vibration, evolution, or Earth changes? The planet is experiencing Her own evolution and shifting accordingly. Facing Her own imbalances and crisis. Gaia is talking to us loud and clear, but many choose not to listen. The animal kingdom is giving us clear signs, which are often ignored. All this is happening as we attempt to keep our everyday lives ‘ordinary.’
Yet, I am so thankful that I share this planet with you, at this time! I thank the Divine for who I AM…and watch with interest as we all surge forward on a long journey of self discovery, in a year that has been anything but harmonious!
‘Life is this simple:
we are living in a world that is absolutely transparent
and the divine is shining through it all the time.
This is not just a nice story or a fable, it is true.’
What if we quit trying to be spiritual and aspired to be human instead?
What if there is nothing to fix because we are already whole?
What if there was no time to prove ourselves, because we’re consumed with marveling at life?
What if there is no reason to hold back our gifts, because they are meant to be given?
What if every morsel, every glance, every moment and every breath is a miracle of enough?”

‘We are so obsessed with ‘doing’ that we have no time and no imagination left for being.
As a result, men are valued not for what they are
but for what they do or what they have – for their usefulness.
We must make the choices that enable us to fulfil the deepest capacities of our real selves.’
We seek peace in many ways within our being-ness. A walk in nature, or stroll along the beach at sunset…Spending time with loved ones, doing beloved things together. Meditation, prayer and all spiritual practices, regardless of what it is that brings you into that deep sense of inner peace, is vitally important to engage in this frequently.
When you are in a state of peace, you are accessing a sense of who you truly are. This is why so many people are seeking ways to find inner peace, they are looking for, and longing for – their true identity. Know that you ARE a Being of pure awareness and love…
When everything else has been put into perspective, there you will be, in the beauty of your own infinite stillness…Pure awareness, the stillness from which everything else arises, this is who you are. Look no further, begin to rejoice in the simplicity of the miracle that is YOU!
Our duty is wakefulness.
And the unseen, the unheard, the untouchable
are what weaves the fabric of our see-able Universe together…
