“No matter how dark the night…
somehow the sun rises once again and all shadows are chased away…”
TODAY: Autumn is showing herself…I greet this day with anticipation. It feels chilly. Its early…I am slowly waking. I sense ‘happenings’ going on under the radar…
IN ONE WORD: Evolution
COLOUR OF THE DAY: Pink
HOW I FEEL: Unsettled, yet moving into the day at a gentle steady pace. Change is all around me. I feel the vibration here. I have simplified my thoughts, lifted my spirit and as of today I am beginning to feel more like myself.
PHYSICALLY: Healing heart…Harnessing the new…
’Take one day a week to basically take a rest, let your systems go back to neutral and prepare to grow new wings.’
‘When the seasons change and thunder comes,
it releases tension that has been building up.
This is nothing less than a change of seasons
and a change in your way of thinking.’
As we are called to examine our emotions and our beliefs, which often prompts deep inner-changes as well as external shifts, our bodies grow tired. Feeling under the weather is the way they let us know that it’s time to take a break.
“Is the world not in the process of becoming more vast, more close, more dazzling?
Will it not burst our religions asunder? Eclipse or God?”
Teilhard de Chardin
So much change, unrest, war, peace, light, dark, sadness, grief, love, hate and every emotion imaginable is in us and all around us.
We say we accept change, whilst not fully understanding what that means in our own world, our country, our home, our life…We don’t sleep well, perhaps eat too much or too little, pray too hard, are forgetful too often, feeling unsettled and often fragile…some times seem ‘not of this world.
‘A miracle worker is not geared toward fighting the world that is,
but toward creating the world that could be.’
AFFIRMATION: “ I AM continuously taught by the lessons of life…”
