What did you find in the fields today.
You who have wandered so far away?
I found a wind-flower, small and frail,
And a crocus cup like a holy grail;
I found a hill that was clad in gorse,
 I saw a star and a moonlit tree;
I listened…
I think Goddess spoke to me.

TODAY: I greet you all from a very icy Glastonbury.
Thin layers of white shiny ice coating everything outside…Bright sunshine was my gift as I looked out to greet the day!
ONE WORD: Perseverance
COLOUR OF THE DAY: Spring Green
HOW I FEEL: ‘In spite of the distractions, I must not forget the true meaning of life…’
Although my health has been fragile, I have had many new ideas come to mind. I have worked with letting people and places go completely, after years of holding on…
One of which is my Newsletter, Satori. I have been writing a 7-8 page Newsletter for 10 years. I am very grateful to the loyal followers, many who have followed the Newsletters from the very beginning. Even with changes of name and format…I am truly grateful to you all! Yet, I feel it is the right time to stop.
Firstly it is a 2 week project, working at it constantly often 5-6 hours a day, every 2 months – it is all consuming at that time. Finally after many suggestions and nudges from friends, I will settle down and write a book or two…whether I will complete one, I am not sure. I know I am far better at writing short articles…time will tell.
PHYSICALLY: I have had 10 challenging days, with health issues taking a turn and in the end, tears were shed out of pure frustration…I have changed what I eat, completely, after discovering I am allergic to many ‘ordinary foods’ and I had Acupuncture mid-week.
Since then, I have slowly and quietly been getting back to myself…still fragile and weak, but I can feel the improvement…Actually – I began to feel better that afternoon, as we drove towards Somerton for my appointment, through beautiful Somerset countryside…green rolling hills and farmland, bridges, rivers, and baby lambs frolicking…As I gazed out I thought; Some years just float by with little change, but this year is changing me on very deep levels…
INSIGHTS:
“Anyone who is not aware of the radical movement on the planet. Be it the environment, politics or spiritually.
Is very out of touch, or fearfully hiding within an ‘old planet mentality…”
Ashtara
As information is thrown around FB and the internet, one becomes more and more aware of the ‘haves and the have nots’…and those in power that hold us exactly where we are.
THE COLLECTIVE:
‘Love all the Earth, every
ray of light, every grain of
sand or blade of grass,
every living thing. If you
love the Earth enough, you
will know the Divine
Mystery.’
Dostoevsky
We have found ourselves this year, perhaps confused, angry, helpless and saddened by wars, the refugee crisis, earth disasters, animal cruelty (especially elephants and rhino), and the deaths all of this brings, deaths that have affecting the lives of millions of people.
It is clear to me that we have entered a very powerful time in the history of our planet! May peace return to earth…
Taking a new step, uttering a new word, is what people fear most.
Dostoevsky
AFFIRMATION: ‘I AM happy, healthy and well…”
