Stepping Into the New…

“You can’t calm the storm so stop trying. What you can do is calm yourself. The storm will pass.” Timber Hawkeye

TODAY: I woke before dawn. The morning air was fresh, crisp, and there was a peaceful silence hanging in the air.

“All that is transpiring now on this planet is the collapse of all that is false, and all that does not serve. There is a new sun, there is a new day, there is a new and fresh air to be breathed.” Ashtara

HOW I FEEL: Each day drink from the beauty all around you, and allow it to rejuvenate your entire being. All you have to do is pause, for just one minute, and really take it in, remembering to thank Mother Nature for her beauty.

The month of May was definitely a challenge for me and for many others too. Its obvious that I am amongst friends in this experience as many of us were brought right to the very edge of what we felt we could deal with. It has been exhausting at times and invigorating too. The rollercoaster ride has been unrelenting both physically and emotionally! Our minds have played their little games too. All of this was for us to become clear, then to look back and see how far we have come.

Hold on to that realisation, when things begin to feel slightly out of balance again. What I am clear about, is how quickly we are now able to move through our issues and barriers. It confirms for me, that we are moving even more swiftly forward!

INSIGHTS: There is a new world coming but a new world means there is change and change is always difficult to administer, overcome and step into. Kryon

We need to embrace alone time rather than fear it, we need to allow those ’empty’ times to be restful, calm, nourishing and spiritual.
Love all animals, love the plants and all of nature. Love and honour everything. If you love everything, you will perceive the divine mystery in ALL things. Once you perceive it, you will begin to comprehend it better every day… And we will ALL come to love the whole world with an all-embracing vibration of Love. Hold out your hand and open your heart to those who are afraid or troubled by the pace of these changes. Support who you are able to reach, and through your own actions, make them feel safe.

THE COLLECTIVE: “Those old habits don’t have to be erased, they just become replaced by a new habit that is more in vibrational harmony with who you are and what you want.”  Abraham Hicks

Change, like ageing, is inevitable. There’s not much point in fighting it because change is a constant, so we might as well go with it. We have to be willing to change too – if we want to continue to play out our role in the current world. As we age, do we have a tendency to resist change, to cling to what we know, to the familiar patterns of behaviour or views that have served us well in years gone by? Hmmm…

Passing through

Sue Vincent's Daily Echo

When we had gone, the grass held our shadows
Carved into place by the weight of a moment.
Eavesdropping trees whispered our secrets
To feathered messengers when the sun sought our warmth,
And, finding it no more, lent its own to memory.
The breeze sighed our absence in the emptiness
While the dew mourned with the flowers.
But earth smiled at their folly
And stone remembered.

Dawn Comes After Night…

You do not have to be good.

You do not have to walk on your knees

for a hundred miles through the desert, repenting.

You only have to let the soft animal of your body

love what it loves…

Mary Oliver

Periodically in history the ground of man’s mind is plowed under, everything apparently uprooted into uncertainty.

How else shall the old habits of thought be broken up

to clear the way for a new epoch?
Joseph Sadony

Blue sky, sunshine, cold chilly air…chemtrails hang from the sky…

COLOUR OF THE DAY: Sky BLUE in a clear cloudless sky…

“Those who contemplate the beauty of the earth

find reserves of strength that will endure as long as life lasts.

There is something infinitely healing in the repeated refrains of nature…

the assurance that dawn comes after night,

and spring after winter.”

Rachel Carson

Sigh….I often talk of Divine Timing, of our life paths, where we find ourselves, the changing, the moving, releasing and letting go of the past and what is done…It feels as if we really and truly are preparing for a massive new  chapter!
I feel totally aligned with the Divine Plan…

All of it…Now it feels like a time of waiting….to let the world settle and the new to begin.

Its how I feel about a ‘next chapter’, that is about to open up for me, for you…a new beginning, filled with very different experiences (of course you can block it from happening), for what or why, I do not know yet, but it feels important.

We are all beginning again, new plans, new pathways, new experiences, new places, new relationships, leaving the old behind…it is done!

PHYSICALLY: Headachy since the Eclipse…tired, yet industrious when wide awake!? A need for little naps…
We all need to eat a bigger quantity of green vegetables, all fruits, nuts, coconut, milk and certain oils…Drink plenty of clear spring water…Sleep wherever and when ever possible. Walk in nature daily…

‘Real power is showing up with your heart on your sleeve

and absolutely refusing to waste one moment of your life

hidden behind edginess and armour.’
Jeff Brown

I keep reminding myself that many around me may feel lost and disorientated. We should be aware and allow them their own unique experience and to remain on your own timeline…Be at peace, the timing could not be more perfect! Trust that! It is too late to turn back. You are on your way home now…

‘Life moves in waves and so must you. If you have been busy, be quiet for a while.’

THE COLLECTIVE: Perhaps more focus and clarity as an individual, would serve to support your journey more effectively at this time. It is time to use solitude and alone time to create a sacred space where you are able to cultivate your higher mind and new reality. Be aware of your own negativity becoming more pronounced at times…know that this is your ego mind challenging you to remain ‘small.’

AFFIRMATION: “I AM perfect as I AM”

“Cease trying to work everything out with your minds.

It will get you nowhere.

Live by intuition and inspiration

and let your whole life be a Revelation.”

Eileen Caddy – Findhorn

The Bridge shows YOU how to live your truth, to stop hiding from what matters, what you care about, what you love, what you long for, what lights your fire, what is you, and know who are you…Your old fear of being exposed…your fear of letting ‘them’ go…

This bottle will support this crossing…

Longing for Life…Corfu calling…

“We must not allow the clock and the calendar to blind us to the fact

that each moment of life is a miracle and mystery.”

H. G. Wells

The view from the villa where I lived for a time.

What do you see as the most fulfilling lifestyle for you during this time on Earth? Or have you found it already? My experience of ‘finding myself’ was in the most simplified way of life that I have lived thus far – which happened many years ago – whilst living on the Greek island of Corfu.

Monastery at Paleokatstritsa

After going through a deep and painful break-up of an 8 year relationship with ‘the love of my life’, I was stripped down to raw emotions, until I reached a place of acceptance.

During that journey, living on a magnificent island, then less spoilt by tourism…My life changed dramatically!  In the many hours, days and years that I spent alone, I would while away the time, often  mesmerised by the beauty of nature all around me, often staring out at the ocean, in what felt like, a waking dream. And so, very slowly, I found more of myself and who I was becoming. Finding a depth in the deepest recesses of my heart…I found my peace…

DSCF0027In those intense moments, I let go of the an old image of myself…the social butterfly…in exchange for this simple life, that was filled with light and colours I had never seen before! It was a rich experience in so many ways. I spent time in solitude (except work – the first female Chef ever to work on the island), swimming in warm calm waters, lazing on the beach, driving to magical beauty spots, walking, drinking coffees at the Liston and living a blissful existence.

View towards the Old Fort

I lived on simple basic foods, in a small apartment, almost on the edge of the sea, wearing only a faded pair of shorts, a t-shirt and no shoes. I spent many of my waking hours, in a state of deep introspection…though I did not realise it quite then. Often sipping a glass of white wine or a cup of tea, staring out at the  horizon and into the great ocean of life…with it, the turquoise sea, the sands, the sunsets, the stars and the moon…

In those deep moments, I felt my own ancestors, especially my grandmother Katarina, who seemed to be in the very Earth beneath my feet, and all around me. Her love, her grace, her gentleness, her beauty.

The Liston – The main Promenade in Town

I developed new love for life! It changed who I was and what I then believed to be true. And in those hours, those long nights, those cool mornings, days and nights passed and with that came the deepest contentment, humility, peace and self acceptance that I have ever experienced. I felt deep joy and contentment, in my heart my soul…

And with those memories, that knowing, that deeper understanding of who I truly am, a piece of my heart will always remain in Corfu…I go back there to find more of me…again and again…and I know too that She awaits me there.
