Reflections…

One isn’t necessarily born with courage, but one is born with potential.

Without courage, we cannot practice any other virtue with consistency.

We can’t be kind, true, merciful, generous, or honest.

Maya Angelou

MIRROR IMAGE

DAY: foggy, thick cloud, heaviness and light

WORD: reflection

COLOUR: olive green

FEELING: ‘dying’ to the old….Allowing the ‘feeling side of my being to ‘be’

BODY: its your body that needs the support, but your mind will try to override your bodies needs.

THE COLLECTIVE: uncertainty is clouding how you see yourself. And hindering your progress forward. Once you overcome this you will be ready and able to step into who you truly are.

INSIGHTS: time to create a new space that reflects who you truly are…Then, let your head rest…

Sit tight with any big decisions or long flights until after 22 December. Be aware of what you may still need to let go of; jobs, home, name, friends, relationships…do not let fear or uncertainty stop you. Make space for your ‘next’.

Embrace all that is coming towards you and who you are becoming. Accept that many are unaware of these changes and may be in crisis. Allow this to be so, while you focus on taking care of you!

“If there are so many seekers, why are there so few finders?”

Eckhart Tolle

Farewell Mandela…’parting is such sweet sorrow…’

“It is what we make out of what we have, not what we are given,

that separates one person from another.”

Nelson Mandela.

Hamba Gathle!

Go well and in peace – at last Madiba!

True greatness reflects in the true use of power – and you managed to find a deep and profound forgiveness in your heart and soul…. and refused to give into hatred and anger.

It is love which carried you through – and it is the heart of a rainbow nation you won in the end…. because your wisdom shone through it all.

Go lion of Africa – your ancestors welcome you home to the Halls of Amneti…

And Africa is rising again….

Nkosi S’keleli Africa –

God bless Africa and sons and daughters….

will say this one final time…

there be but one race of people,

the human race.

and whether we accept it or not,

we are responsible both to and for

each other.

Perhaps the Earth’s greatest leader, Nelson Mandela, has gone home to God but he left large footprints for all to follow. His path points in a clear direction, toward: love, forgiveness, trust and a rainbow world filled with diversity that honors uBuntu/Oneness. I am because You Are. Thank you Nelson Mandela for being the change we wish to see in the world. You were that.

if peace be the journey…

let this breath be the bridge.

let us seek not to win,

but to forgive.

not redemption, but to redeem.

not to hold, but to give.

let us seek not love,

but let us love…

be at peace, Nelson.
