Evolution in Progress…

“Hope is the thing with feathers

That perches in the soul,

And sings the tune without the words,

And never stops at all…”

Emily Dickinson

TODAY: Resting, reviving. A bright yet blustery day…chilly…much is happening under the radar…

IN ONE WORD: Evolution in progress.

COLOUR OF THE DAY: Pink

HOW I FEEL: Unsettled, yet moving through the day at a slow steady pace. Change is all around me. I feel the vibration here…Reset? Recalibration? So much change, unrest, war, light, dark, sadness, grief, love, hate and every emotion imaginable is all around us. We say we accept change, whilst not fully understanding what that means in our world, our country, our home, our life…We don’t sleep well, perhaps eat too much or too little, pray hard, are forgetful too often, feel unsettled and some times seem ‘not of this world.’

PHYSICALLY: Beginning to re-settle… Harnessing the new…

’Take one day a week to basically take a rest,

let your systems go back to neutral and prepare to grow new wings.’

Marianne Williamson

INSIGHTS: As we are called to examine our emotions and our beliefs, which often prompts deep inner-changes as well as external shifts, our bodies grow tired. Feeling under the weather is the way they let us know that it’s time to take a break.

THE COLLECTIVE:

“Is the world not in the process of becoming more vast, more close, more dazzling?

Will it not burst our religions asunder?

Eclipse or God?”

Teilhard de Chardin

Keep your mind positive, work with forgiveness for this will take you further. Expect days of high emotions allowing time for self forgiveness and release. Do not fear the responsibility of this task.

‘As we become purer channels for God’s light, we develop an appetite for the sweetness that is possible in this world. A miracle worker is not geared toward fighting the world that is, but toward creating the world that could be.’
Marianne Williamson

AFFIRMATION: “I am grateful for all that I have and all that I AM…”

‘The remedy for fear is love, not simply releasing it.
Fear is a slow, solidified energy that needs to be unwound with love…’

Michael Harrington
