Seasons of Change…

BLOGX2:10:12&:14:8:14

“No matter how dark the night…

somehow the sun rises once again and all shadows are chased away…”

TODAY: Autumn is showing herself…I greet this day with anticipation. It feels chilly. Its early…I am slowly waking. I sense ‘happenings’ going on under the radar…

IN ONE WORD: Evolution

COLOUR OF THE DAY: Pink

HOW I FEEL: Unsettled, yet moving into the day at a gentle steady pace. Change is all around me. I feel the vibration here. I have simplified my thoughts, lifted my spirit and as of today I am beginning to feel more like myself.

PHYSICALLY: Healing heart…Harnessing the new…
’Take one day a week to basically take a rest, let your systems go back to neutral and prepare to grow new wings.’

INSIGHTS:

‘When the seasons change and thunder comes,

it releases tension that has been building up.

This is nothing less than a change of seasons

and a change in your way of thinking.’

Bobbie Klein

As we are called to examine our emotions and our beliefs, which often prompts deep inner-changes as well as external shifts, our bodies grow tired. Feeling under the weather is the way they let us know that it’s time to take a break.

THE COLLECTIVE:

“Is the world not in the process of becoming more vast, more close, more dazzling?

Will it not burst our religions asunder? Eclipse or God?”
Teilhard de Chardin

So much change, unrest, war, peace, light, dark, sadness, grief, love, hate and every emotion imaginable is in us and all around us.

We say we accept change, whilst not fully understanding what that means in our own world, our country, our home, our life…We don’t sleep well, perhaps eat too much or too little, pray too hard, are forgetful too often, feeling unsettled and often fragile…some times seem ‘not of this world.

‘A miracle worker is not geared toward fighting the world that is,

but toward creating the world that could be.’
Marianne Williamson

Changing Seasons…

10703902_726975830684299_8373842447514827664_n

Once again the seasons are changing…
The leaf once green turns to auburn then rust…
Winds will come, the chill will break,
And that leaf, without a whisper,
Will fall…

That leaf represents each person
That you love…

We race madly towards the fire,
Clutching, grabbing, taking, using…
But what is it that defines our living
If not that leaf?

Before we close the door,
Let us stop for an instant.
Let us live for a moment…

Of gratitude, tenderness, and sharing.
Tell those, no, show those that you love
That you love them.
Do it while you can!

SPRING arrives unannounced in Glastonbury…

Our lives are fragile, transitory, wondrous and beautiful things –

every hurt, every hope, every moment.

I’m glad for mine, even though the journey has often not been easy.

The view from my windows is still magnificent.

Nicole Cody

Enjoying a day in the countryside

MY DAY: A glorious sunny day arrived unannounced! Oh how glorious that feels! Spring has arrived! Daffodils abound!

MY WORD: Rejoice!

SOUL COLOUR: Sunshine Yellow

HOW I FEEL: Happy! After a glorious walk in the sunshine…a rest amongst hundreds of ‘happy-faced’ Daffodils with a direct view of the Tor before me…Blissful!

BODY FEELS : For the past 3 weeks I have felt new levels of adjustments within, I can often feel the shifts and changes, they are intensifying. Often there is a feint quiver within. There are days when it is more noticeable than others.

MY INSIGHTS: Appreciate the lessons however they are presented. And allow the process to be what it needs to be…

THE COLLECTIVE: Keep safe and stay connected to those you love, trust and resonate with. Be alert to changes in you and around you. Accept that many are unaware of these changes and may be confused or in crisis. Allow this while you focus on taking care of you!

or even a moment ago.

You can be whoever you want, whenever you want.”
